NOW is the time to care for YOU if you wish to care for your baby. Maternal wellness is a lifelong journey. It doesn’t start when you’re pregnant and end when you give birth. It’s a deep-rooted and transformative experience that needs nurturing, support, and special attention.


You’re caring for your family and who knows what else, but how are you caring for YOU?! Let’s take some of the weight off your shoulders, and together create a sacred space for healing. This personalized one-on-one postpartum support is created for new mamas that wish to heal, nourish and reclaim their relationship with their bodies, mind, and soul.

I will gently guide you to reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit without feeling guilty about practicing self-care.

Other Logistics!


  • We will meet virtually for 12 weekly sessions.

  • Sessions are 60 minutes and are personalized to meet your specific needs.

  • You will have access to me via WhatsApp in between sessions during business hours.
