The difference between my approach and other programs out there is that I am/was YOU! Through my journey, I have gained the tools necessary to ensure my health is a priority- I treat it like paying my bills- it’s a NON-negotiable!


You will have access to a customized plan that supports you in a way that makes sense to you, your body, and your habits. I’ll hold your hand every step of the way to get there. You will say “Goodbye” to negative self-talk and build confidence! 

I will be your accountability partner as we navigate the challenges that are getting in the way of you transitioning to a healthy lifestyle. I can’t wait to celebrate your success!

Other Logistics!


  • We will meet virtually for 12 weekly sessions.

  • Sessions are 60 minutes and are personalized to meet your specific needs.

  • You will have access to me via WhatsApp in between sessions during business hours.
