You are ALLOWED to Take a Break!

When things seem like they’re just TOO MUCH, it’s time to take a break. This is your friendly reminder to give yourself permission to:


  • Pause, Breathe, Slow down your mind

  • Remember that the world won’t fall apart if you take a step back for a moment

  • Take that getaway or trip you’ve been wanting to do

  • Journal more, stress less

  • Step outside, feel the sun on your skin

  • Be still, meditate

  • Admire something beautiful that you haven’t noticed before

  • Use your resources- it’s okay to ask for help

  • Release guilt when you’re focusing on you (remember that you can’t pour from an empty cup)

  • Remember that You are deserving
